Hello and Welcome! I am a Licensed Master Social Worker with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals and families. My background includes work in child welfare, hospice, and individual therapy, giving me a deep understanding of how life’s challenges shape us across the lifespan. Life often asks us to grow through experiences we didn’t choose. The past can quietly shape our thoughts, relationships, and emotions in ways we don’t always recognize. My role is to help you understand those connections with curiosity and compassion—so you can let go of what no longer serves you and make room for healing and change. Many people come to therapy seeking relief from anxiety, depression, effects of acute and complex PTSD, or the stress of feeling overwhelmed. Along with exploring the experiences that influence your current challenges, I offer concrete, evidence‑informed strategies to help you manage emotions, build coping skills, improve focus, and feel more grounded in daily life. Together, we’ll work on both understanding where the struggles come from and developing practical tools to move through them with greater confidence and resilience.
